While Lowellians await the theatrical release of Ricky Gervais’ This Side of the Truth (filmed almost entirely in Lowell and Andover), we’ll just have to make do with the upcoming Mall Cop. Partially filmed at Burlington Mall (close enough to Lowell, right?), movie-goers can get a dose of slapstick (and gag-schtick), courtesy of the film’s funnymen, comedians Adam Sandler and Kevin James.
