Celebrate local filmmakers – two great events tonight and this week!

Filmmakers are all around us — all ages, all styles! Our good friend, neighbor, and LFC supporter Pete Pedulla is just one of them, and tonight, he brings his fabulous ‘trip-umentary’ Pete Goes to Bali (and Australia, Too!) to Chelmsford Library’s movie night. He’ll be there premiering his film and talking about volunteer opportunities at Chelmsford Telemedia, Chelmsford’s community access station (we’re big fans of CTM — Suzz Cromwell will be there!)

In addition, aspiring high school-aged filmmakers are being showcased via LTC (Lowell Telecommunications Corporation) in their 4th Annual Youth Matters Film Festival which started last night but also screens on Thursday and Saturday. The program features creative film shorts of varied subject-matter, each running no longer than 15 minutes.

Details on these two great local film programs are below — we hope you can get out and support these great artists!
