If you can manage to leave work early (or on time) this Monday, we ENCOURAGE you to head over to the Boott Cotton Mills in Lowell for this inspiring film program. The minute we heard about it, we began to tout it — there’s nothing better than supporting young movie-making talent! As a bonus, these UMass Lowell students participated in a NASA program promoting thought and discussion on Climate Change, an incredibly ambitious and topical subject.

We applaud this event, and hope you can make it. Here is some basic information, per their event page:

“UMass Lowell students and NASA unite! Students have participated in an intensive NASA sponsored workshop to create five short films on one of the greatest challenges faced by society and science: CLIMATE CHANGE. Join us for this free event to see the featured presentations and take part in an open discussion. Free and open to the public!”
