WANTED: Your most humorous, emotional, and pawsitively poignant pet stories captured on film! Whether you shot it on your mobile phone or used the latest cutting-edge equipment, we want to see and hear YOUR pet story! We’ve made our submission process as easy as possible to allow everyone to participate — all we require is a link to your film submission on YouTube or VIMEO plus a non-refundable submission fee of just $10.00 per film entry!

The “Pets Are People Too” (PRP2) Film Festival is the first and only film festival in the country dedicated to Pets and the Pet Companion Community! The Festival is presented in partnership between the Lowell Film Collaborative, Pollard Memorial Library, Chelmsford Public Library, and Chelmsford Center for the Arts.
