About 35 people have gathered for Irish Film Night at Garcia Brogan’s Cantina, Pub & Restaurant in Lowell, settling in for dinner and a movie as the opening credits roll for “The Closer You Get.” Munching on nachos at the bar are Brett and Suzzanne Cromwell, who, despite being younger than most of the attendees, have the air of chaperones accompanying a group of teenagers to the theater.
