Local filmmaker, producer, writer, & director James Higgins premieres his much anticipated film that utilizes stop-motion photography to create a hauntingly beautiful piece of cinema. Dedicated to the preservation of Cambodian traditions of art, film, dance and music, Higgins’ production company Flying Orb Productions (www.flyingorb.com) is a testament to the collaboration and celebration of the multi-cultural cinematic arts.
