Come view a variety of documentary short-subject films created by UMass Lowell students as part of the University’s new “Making an Historical Documentary” class! Complex and visionary, these very personal essays feature interviews with a variety of people who were of great importance to each filmmaker. Topics range from the history of a Dracut firehouse to the decades-long experience of a former Lowell mill worker.
Project participants: Johanne Dumond, James Fergola, Sean Kleeman, Emily Lukin, Kyle Mendelson, Robert Perry, Harrison Quinn, Stacy Salo, Thomas Screnci, Peter Sheehy, Matthew Wagner, and Jonathan Whiting. Faculty: Chad Montrie, UMass Lowell History Department
